Overview

A Goofy adventure…

Donald, Daisy and Chip ‘n’ Dale set off on a great escape with their inimitable friend Goofy; guaranteed surprises, laughter and goofs at every turn!

Brand New for Summer 2009 as part of Mickey’s Magical Party, Goofy’s Summer Camp replaces the nine-year-old Tarzan Encounter with a character-led concept that just might create a Summertime cousin for the wildly popular, and even longer-running, Mickey’s Winter Wonderland.

Current reports and rumours are suggesting that the show will be interactive, feature live music and possibly utilise extra dancers in addition to the characters. Rumours also suggest a lost feature of the theatre’s old Pocahontas show could make a return, perhaps the waterfall effect…

The show premieres 4th July and runs every day for the entire Summer season, until 30th August 2009.

Helpful Tips

  • Be sure to arrive at The Chaparral Theater least 15 minutes in advance for a good seat, or up to 25 minutes in advance for one of the best seats, in the middle of the theatre. There are three seating sections, with views from some areas of the two side sections obscured slightly by roof supports.
  • If you arrive later and find the main theatre doors closed, don’t despair! Cast Members will often show guests around the back of the theatre, to fill up the remaining seats before the show begins.
  • Alternate names: La Colonie de Vacances de Dingo
