The Celebration
so far…

31st March 2007 Andie
MacDowell helps to officially launch the 15th Anniversary with
hundreds of Disney VoluntEARS.

31st March 2007 Following a
special live performance by Daniel Powter, Lumire launches a special
‘Candleabration’ culminating in a spectacular display of fireworks set
to ‘Just Like We Dreamed It’.

1st April 2007 Grey skies
magically turn to one of the warmest Spring seasons on record, as the
park comes alive with its new entertainment and 15th festivities.

Twelve months of dreams, wishes and magic!

The most magical thing about this impressive 15th
Anniversary Celebration is that – even though the launch events have
passed and the new anniversary entertainment has premiered – they’re
not done yet. Not by a long way.

In the twelve months following the official launch,
Disneyland Resort Paris comes alive with more new additions, more
surprises and more reasons to visit than ever before. Each and every
month brings a new piece of magic to the party.

Whenever you visit this year, however many times you
come to the party, your very own new
discovery will always be waiting. The biggest Disney party ever truly
doesn’t end until it ends.

February – May 2007

20th February 2007

The Wonderful World Of Disney Parade final
performance

Inevitably, brand new
dreams must always replace those of the past.  And so, with a
grand farewell performance, The Wonderful World Of Disney Parade –
an icon of Disneyland Park since 1998 (and, for many of the
floats, even earlier) – dances its last ever “catchy rhythm” and
departs the parade route for good… leaving behind it a thousand
memories, and a very tough act to follow…

Disney’s Once Upon a Dream Parade rehearsals begin

Under a cloudy sky and an increasing downpour of
rain, Disney’s Once Upon a Dream Parade bravely steps out onto the
Disneyland Park parade route for its very first public performance
– a rehearsal for its grand premiere the following weekend.
Time restrictions and problems backstage cause many of the floats
to appear without extra details and their final paintwork, but,
despite this, the parade is already a huge success.
