Stroll
through small-town America at the turn of the 20th Century and

is Main Street USA, small-town America at the turn of the 20th
Century, where everyone wears a smile and every day is brighter
than the last!

How do you do, ma’am!
 As you step out onto Town Square,
you’re as welcome as can be!  The bright colours of the
flowers glow in the sunshine, the ornate buildings stand
majestically all around and the endless bustle of the
Disneyland Railroad Station
brings this hive of activity and happiness to life.  You’ve
arrived in the good ol’ days, where this care-free bygone era is
yours to live again!
Hop
onboard one of the “newfangled”
Main Street Vehicles
for a quick shuttle service up to the
gardens of Central Plaza, or take your time on the
Horse-Drawn Streetcars and
enjoy the beautiful sights of the bustling streets.  If a
gentle stroll is more your style, then why not experience one of
the two Main Street Arcades, which not only provide shelter from
the weather but also access to many of Main Street’s exciting
boutiques and tasty restaurants! 
Liberty Arcade
is bright, beautiful and steeped in history,
with a fascinating exhibition tracing the inauguration of the
Statue of Liberty.  Discovery
Arcade
looks to the future, with a series of artworks and
drawings presenting visions of the future from the minds of
turn-of-the-century visionaries.
Join
the feel good atmosphere and step back in time to discover the
heart of America and the heartbeat of a holiday, every day on Main

Disneyland Railroad Station

Old-fashioned railroad journey around the magic kingdom.
Hop
onboard the majestic Disneyland Railroad for a grand circle tour
of the Magic Kingdom, with stops at Frontierland, Fantasyland and
Discoveryland.  Pass through the magnificent Grand Canyon
Diorama, voyage through uncharted jungles and get a stunning
elevated view of Discoveryland, from the comfort of one of the
four elegant railroad trains.


Main
Street Vehicles

presented by Hertz

Classic gasoline-powered vehicles which travel up and down Main
Street.
Join
the hustle and bustle of turn-of-the-century life by catching a
ride on one of the “modern” motor vehicles which provide a shuttle
service between Town Square and Central Plaza.  Travel in
style in the Limousine, get around in a dash on the Fire Truck or
enjoy the view from the top of the Omnibus.


Horse-Drawn Streetcars


Old-time trolley cars pulled by horses, travelling along the tram
track.
Leave
the modern Main Street Vehicles behind and take your time to
travel in style, with the classic horse-drawn streetcars of Main
Street, shuttling between Town Square and Central Plaza via the
tram tracks along the street.


Liberty Arcade

Covered walkway behind boutiques on West side of Main Street, with
Statue of Liberty theme.
Take a
stroll through this beautiful covered arcade, with ornate
furnishings and a fascinating exhibition detailing the conception
and inauguration of the Statue of Liberty.  Step into the
Liberty Tableaux, a special atmospheric display of the completion
of the statue, before doing some shopping in the boutiques which
open onto the walkway.


Discovery Arcade

Covered walkway behind boutiques on East side of Main Street, with
visionaries theme.

Similar to Liberty Arcade, Discovery Arcade is decidedly more
industrial, with brick walls, dim burning gas lamps and stunning
ironwork.  Lining the arcade, which allows easy access to
several of Main Street’s boutiques and restaurants, is a series of
visionary artworks, showing how the visionaries of the
turn-of-the-century imagined the future to look.



Dapper
Dan’s Hair Cuts

Old-fashioned barber shop, available for advance booking.

Freshen yourself up for a jolly day on Main Street, with a trim
and a shave at the calming oasis of Dapper Dan’s Hair Cuts, a
classic 1900s barber shop.  The rich detail of the shop and
the friendly staff make this a truly unique experience.  Remember to book in advance (ask at your Disney Hotel).

The Wonderful World of Disney
Parade


Daytime Parade;  Until 6th October 2006.
More
than 60 Years of animated classics come to life before your eyes
in a magnificent parade of Disney heroes and heroines.  From
Steamboat Willie to Aladdin, with Mary Poppins, Cinderella and
more – this is one huge party you don’t want to miss!  The
floats pass by to the magical “Dancin’ (A Catchy Rhythm)”,
with beautifully costumed dancers and everyone’s favourite
characters bringing this classic Disney parade experience to life.

The
Disney Villain Parade


Daytime Parade;  7th October to 5th November 2006.
Let
out a scream – hooray, it’s Halloween!  But watch out, this
isn’t your classic Disney parade!  The Villains have taken
over the show and they’re parading down Main Street in ghoulish
delight, to whip up some support for their frightful plans!

The Christmas Parade


Daytime Parade;  6th November 2006 to 9th January 2007.

Chante, c’est No�l!  Sing and dance for the joy of Christmas,
as a host of classic characters and all the Disney Princes and
Princesses join together for a gleaming celebration of seasonal
magic.

Disney’s Fantillusion


Nighttime Parade;  14th July to 27th August 2006.
The
magic of the night meets the magic of light, as the stunning
spectacle of Disney’s Fantillusion dazzles you with its glorious
arrangements of twinkling lights and spectacular special effects. 
Telling a classic story of good versus evil in three enchanting
acts with superb orchestral music, this parade experience is like
nothing you’ve ever experienced before.
See
Mickey create a magical garden from the wonders of light, watch
Maleficent transform into a steaming dragon, and join the Princes
and Princesses for a starlit ballroom dance, as you enjoy a truly
unforgettable night.  Was it fantasy, or was it illusion? 
There really is nothing quite like the feeling of Fantillusion…

– An American Restaurant

The
most luxurious building on Main Street is home to this elegant
restaurant, dedicated to the life and work of Walt Disney. 
Seating is arranged through a series of beautiful rooms, each
featuring a different Disneyland theme and countless fascinating
artefacts from Walt Disney’s time.

Gardens Restaurant

Once a
pleasant stroll from the bustle of Main Street, the buildings have
caught up to this countryside restaurant, which sits on the
edge of the relaxing Central Plaza gardens.  A sunny, park-side

Casey’s Corner

traditional home-style restaurant in the setting of a
turn-of-the-century boarding house.  Victoria’s kitchen
serves a good selection of more homely hot meals, such as baked

tastes and styles of New York City have spread to small-town
America, as Market House Deli presents a delicious selection of
sandwiches, salads, fruit and more in the vein of a thriving New
