Down
your spine you feel a chill…

Every Halloween, the mischievous Pumpkinmen mysteriously spawn out
of the Pumpkin plants at Cottonwood Creek Ranch and immediately set about
painting everything in sight their favourite colour – orange!
Last year, they discovered a near-infinite supply of precious
orange paint deep below the legendary Big Thunder Mountain, which
was then mined and transported to the mainland through the use of
a perilous cableway system over the Wicked Waters of the Far West.

Eerie spirits oozing out of the Wicked Waters turn Frontierland
into HalloweenLand, with ghosts and goblins and spooks all around.
Main Street USA is transformed into Orange County by the
unstoppable Pumpkinmen, who take over the turn-of-the-century town
and even have their own Pumpkin Postmen, Policemen and Barbershop
Quartet! There’s no escaping the alarming Orange atmosphere
in Disneyland Park at Halloween… until now!

Halloween has been Orange for too long. It’s time for a new
spark of spookiness, a new cackle of chaos, a new wave of
wickedness. The witching hour is upon us! Get ready to
welcome the fiendish Pink Witches, and the start of an epic battle
between orange and pink.

Choose your side and be prepared for things to turn gruesome!

what’s new and different during Halloween in the resort? This
is a
brief summary of all the delightful horrors and spooky surprises
which can be found throughout the resort during Disney’s Halloween

The
Disney Villain Parade

The
Wonderful World Of Disney Parade is commandeered by the Disney
Villains and presented as a grim and ghastly tribute to the tricks,
terrors and triumphs of their dark movie history, with the Pumpkinmen
and Pink Witches lending a hand.

Pink
Witches vs. Pumpkinmen: The Battle

There’s no need to watch
paint dry in Orange County, as soon as you step onto the street the
battle begins and won’t end until the final Halloween colour is
chosen. Pink or Orange? You’d better choose your team and
prepare for battle!

Orange
County Redecorating

Fun
decorations for Halloween these most certainly are not! The
Pumkinmen have taken over the pleasant area of Main Street with a
burst of frenzied redecoration and giant splatters of Orange paint.

Pumpkin
Window Painters

Several
times daily, the best Pumpkinman artists arrive in Orange County to
show the crowds their humorous pumpkin talents… on the windows of
some of the most historic buildings in Main Street!

Halloween
Face Painting

Inside the
giant hollowed-out pumpkin on Main Street, children can become a part
of the horrors of Halloween by getting their face painted in some of
the Pumkpinmen’s special pumpkin pigments.

Creepy
Character Meet ‘n’ Greets

Get as close as you dare
to your favourite Disney demons in the many meet ‘n’ greet
opportunities available throughout the day in Main Street, Orange
County. If you’re really brave, don’t forget your autograph
book!

Pumpkin
Paint Pit

Watch in amazement as the
ingenious cableway system brings fresh paint over from the hidden
caverns of Big Thunder Mountain to the giant paint pot, with the help
of some brave Pumpkinmen hanging perilously from the cable.

Pumpkinwood
Forest

This strange and eerie
area of HalloweenLand is the source of the Pumpkinmen. Take your
time to discover the amazing Pumpkin plants growing Pumpkinmen before
your eyes, and follow their story with an exhibit tracing their
history.

Trick
or Treat

A gang of
happy Halloween Disney characters enters the street to make friends
with the Pumpkinmen at their headquarters on Central Plaza, where
special candy treats will be given to lucky guests!

Halloween
Hairdressing

Children
can scare up their hair with the help of questionably talented
hairdressers and some mysterious special ingredients from the Pink
Witches’ own range of hair care and beauty products!

Pink
Witches’ Convention

The Pink
Witches are gathering together for a frightful convention of spooks,
with their own witching supplies store and frequent ghoulish
gatherings to discuss new spells and potions!

des Sorci�res Roses

The Pink
Witches cook up a series of fun and lively shows and concerts every
day on their very own stage. More details about 2005’s live
entertainment will be added shortly.

Halloween
Pi�ata

Celebrate
the harvest season with this fun game of Spanish origin, where you hit
the Pi�ata until a huge pile of treats and surprises fall out.
The game is given a Disneyland touch with the appearance of several
popular Disney characters.

Phantom
Manor & Boot Hill Cemetery

A ravishing bride, a
vanishing groom! Experience the chilling legend of the mansion
on the hill in Thunder Mesa, where 999 spooks invite you to their
ghostly ball!

Halloween
Party Atmosphere

Join in
the unique Halloween Party atmosphere by coming dressed as your
favourite villain, and enjoy the fearsome fun long into the night with
street entertainment and spooky surprises at every turn!

des Sorci�res Roses Concerts & DJ Party

The Pink
Witches’ Stage will play host to a series of top quality mini music
concerts from rock to rap, whilst Orange County comes alive to the
beat of the exclusive Halloween DJ Dance Party!

Night Lights Parade

The devious Disney
Villains cast a shadow of darkness over the entire land as they arrive
in their vicious Disney’s Fantillusion roles for this new, exclusive
night-time parade led by the best-dressed guests of the night.

Light & Sound Spectacularrgghh!

As the
night of celebrations comes to an end, this spectacular new light and
sound show puts you right at the heart of the battle between Pink and
Orange, with
amazing
special effects and music.

Disney
Village

Non-stop frights await day
and night at Disney Village this Halloween, as some of the scarier
Pumpkinmen guard the doors of boutiques and special events provide a
spooky atmosphere long into the night.

Disney
Hotels

Stay at a Disney Hotel
this Halloween and the wacky Pumpkin decorations will haunt you all
the way back to your bedroom, as each Disney Hotel celebrates the
season with new and unique decorations.
