This is the
resort’s 5th Anniversary album, featuring a selection of
music from across the five years between 1992 and 1997.
It also features the 5th Anniversary Song and some other
exciting exclusive tracks.
The album
“The Year To Be Here” was actually available in a number
of different releases.  This version is the release
which would have been available in the resort for most
of the 5th Anniversary year, whilst a second release
which removed any reference to the “5th Anniversary” and
“1997” on the artwork was reported to have been sold
after the event.  A third release, with the
subtitle “Special Edition” was available as a
promotional release through Esso petrol stations and
other resort partners.
Tracks
exclusive to this release (although in some cases
featuring on the other versions of the release) are:
tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14.
