| Practical Guides Services & Extras Guest Services: Park Facilities |
| | | | | For a magically stress-free day! A day in Disneyland Resort Paris is more stress-free than you’d ever imagine, thanks to the carefully designed services and facilities located throughout both Disney Parks. From the bare essentials of toilets and cash dispensers to helpful extras like luggage storage and animal care, it’s all designed to be as effortless as possible. Forget stress and hassle, your only memories will be Disney dreams! You can also now find the exact location of many of these facilities on our new Park Maps: Disneyland Park Walt Disney Studios Park | | |
| | | Toilets | | At least two large blocks of toilets are situated in each land of Disneyland Park, or one block in each one of Walt Disney Studios Park. They are clearly signposted throughout the parks and the resort, with the Park Maps providing a clear and easy-to-use location guide. All but a few toilets within the Disney Parks are suitable for guests with reduced mobility and most feature baby changing facilities. They are all free to use and usually spotlessly clean. | | | |
| | | Telephones | | If your mobile battery is dying or credit running out – don’t panic! Public telephones can be found in many locations throughout the parks and the resort, with telephones inside the parks commonly placed in the same location as Toilets or other guest facilities. France Tlcom cards can be purchased in all Disneyland Resort Paris boutiques. | | | |
| | | Luggage Storage | | The lockers under Main Street Station are no longer used for security reasons, but a more personal Guest Storage service is available in all the Disney Hotels for free or at the gates of the Disney Parks (next to City Hall and Studio Services) for a small charge. Annual Passport holders can use the service for free for up to 3 bags. If you want somewhere to leave your suitcases for some extra Disney Parks time on your last day, the best option is to use your Disney Hotel’s free luggage storage service (check your hotel map given upon arrival for location). Alternatively, paying luggage storage can be found in the Marne-la-Valle/Chessy TGV Station. It is not advised to use the Disney Parks’ luggage storage, since this will require taking your suitcases through the park security bag checkpoints. | | | |
| | | Currency Exchange | | Numerous locations offer currency exchange at the standard current international rates, including every Disney Hotel and Selected Hotel, City Hall in Disneyland Park, Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park and the post office (La Poste) in the Marne-la-Valle/Chessy train station. | | | |
| | | Cash Dispensers (ATMs) | | Available in Disneyland Park at Liberty Arcade and Discovery Arcade in Main Street USA, Constellations boutique in Discoveryland and near the Cool Post refreshment stand in Adventureland. In Walt Disney Studios Park next to Studio Services in Front Lot and next to Backlot Express restaurant in Backlot. Also at the Post Office in the Marne-la-Valle/Chessy train station, Gaumont Cinemas in Disney Village and other selected locations throughout the resort. | | | |
| | | First Aid | | If medical assistance is required, the First Aid locations in both parks boast professionally trained staff, excellent facilities and limited medical supplies. In the event of an emergency during your time in the parks, do not hesitate to ask the nearest Cast Member for assistance immediately. If you simply require standard medication and there is not an emergency situation, the nearest Pharmacy can be found in the Val d’Europe Shopping Centre, a quick 2 minute RER train journey from the main resort hub. | | | |
| | | Animal Care | | Guide-dogs are the only animals permitted to enter the parks. For a small fee, the Animal Care Centre at the Disney Theme Parks car park can look after dogs or cats whilst you enjoy the parks. Food is included, but you will be responsible for ensuring your pet is taken for walks whilst you are in the resort. Your animal must be clearly labelled and have an up-to-date (more than one month and less than one year old) rabies vaccination certificate which has been translated into French and issued by an official vet. Make sure you carefully read the full official terms & conditions of the service. | | | |
