Annual Passports

A helping hand, always at hand

When you’re enjoying a magical Disney holiday, it’s
good to know that a helping hand is never far away.

Be it the park map in your pocket or the multilingual
Cast Members at City Hall, there are countless ways to get help, tips and advice
during your time at Disneyland Resort Paris.

Most Cast Members speak French and one other language,
with almost everyone able to offer you help and service in English.  Park
Maps are available in French, English, Spanish, Dutch, German and Italian,
whilst most signposts and information boards use symbols or recognisable words
and location names to guide you on your way, to a magical Disney day…

City
Hall & Studio Services

City Hall in Disneyland Park and Studio Services in
Walt Disney Studios Park feature teams of friendly and multilingual Cast Members
who are dedicated to fulfilling the requests of park guests. If you need
entertainment or character meet ‘n’ greet times, a specific park guide, or
simply have any questions about the parks, these are the places to go.

You can also exchange currency, make restaurant
reservations and pick up disabled access cards at (or nearby) these locations.

Cast
Members

At Disneyland Resort Paris, the employees are always
known as “Cast Members”, since they’re an integral part of the Disney show and
are there to make every dream come true. Whether you need directions,
entertainment times, attractions advice or a group photo, they’ll be happy to
help.

Some Cast Members are also dedicated to providing
guest information – they can be spotted by the large Mickey Mouse-dotted “i” on
their clothes and always have extra park maps on hand.

Park
Maps

Available in the Disney Hotels, under Main Street USA
Railroad Station at Disneyland Park and in the entrance of Disney Studio 1 at
Walt Disney Studios Park, the excellent official Park Maps provide a superb
guide to the park and it’s attractions, with tips for attractions suitable to
certain age groups and helpful advice to make your day more magical.  The
Entertainment Programme now comes as a separate leaflet, providing the latest
times for all the shows, parades and character meets on offer.

Information
Boards

Both parks have helpful information boards that feature
the current waiting times for main attractions plus key entertainment
performance times.  Disneyland Park’s board is located on your right just as
you arrive in Central Plaza, and was redesigned in April 2006 to become the most
high-tech of any Disney Park.  Six plasma screens show up-to-the-second
wait times for Phantom Manor, Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones and the Temple
of Peril, Pirates of the Caribbean, Peter Pan’s Flight, “it’s a small world”, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Space Mountain: Mission 2
and Star Tours, plus the day’s show and parade times.

At
Walt Disney Studios Park, the board is located on Disney Bros. Plaza (near the
Mickey & Walt Partners Statue) and features wait times and performance times for
all the attractions, updated frequently by Cast Members.

Guest
Relations

Offering similar services to City Hall and Studio
Services, the Guest Relations Windows outside the parks (to the right of their
main entrances) offer help and advice, plus Left Luggage services (extra charge,
except for Annual Passport holders) for you to store extra baggage before you
enter the parks.

If you have complaints, special
requirements or problems outside the parks, this is the place to go.

Annual
Passports

You can find a dedicated Bureau Passeport Annuel at the
entrance to Discoveryland, behind the Royal Castle Stage, where a helpful team
is on hand to answer all your questions about the resort’s Annual Passports and
help you through the registration process. The
Bureau is open from 11am to 7pm weekdays and from 10am to 8pm weekends and
public holidays.
