When Oprah Winfrey was interviewed by legendary U.S. Television reporter Barbara Walters she was asked “what is the reason you put yourself on the line week after week, year after year, at the forefront of human emotion?” Oprah replied “Teaching people to take responsibility. Believe that the secret of life is to take responsibility, once people understand that I believe that everything in your life changes. Once people understand and live it, they are concerned for your life instead of living in full force and reaction. “Public issues aside most people agree that Bill Clinton was a very charismatic leader. However, by his own admission in his autobiography he talks about his childhood in painful acts, anger and emotion that led to a better life. He reached a threshold level at which he was finally satisfied enough with his life to make changes. He was literally propelled forward to improve your life, and dream, and learn and apply the tools and strategies to help yourself and those around you. It behooves us to make a decision to release all our negative emotions, to live in the present and move into the future with the improvement. The best thing about the past is that it ended.Make a decision now to release any old emotion you had with other people and move forward. Put your shoulders back. Now stop and do something a little ridiculous. Mid way into the air in your mind, imagine that you are near a large ravine, put 100 singers on each side and hear them singing now. Hear the Lightning come to the side of the cliff. Feel the static electricity in the air. Now imagine a big puma in front of you, licking his lips. Now step inside the puma, feel the muscles and strength and look way in the background, far in the distance, so small that it’s just a blip, down in the bottom of the cliff is a person or situation they were facing. Hear the singers sing “Your Butt is Mine.” Most of us do not feel good, because we do not what could be described as “ridiculous mental conditioning.”Stop now and imagine a space in your mind, go down the stairs as you walk with each step releasing negativity and accumulate strength. At the bottom is a door. Open it. Inside is a beautiful garden. Imagine the sight, sound, feel and smell. And in this garden are the people you need to know. You need to have a conversation with them that says something along the lines of “I forgive you.” You may not be aware yet of the cords that still connect you to these people.Now stop and two giant slides and let them down and cut the cables and see people flying away to go about their own growth. Now, I feel a pleasant sensation in your body. Block this feeling insideConsciously feel the release. Now visualize in front of you as you would like to be a more advanced version of you. Full of positive emotions you want. Stop and imagine the qualities you need. Notice how this new look? Notice how your new are you feeling? Notice how this new you think? If you have not noticed, then feel the power of being around this new you. Notice how this new you stands and breathes. Now taking this step for all the qualities of this new you. Make a commitment with this deepest part of yourself to bring this new around you with you wherever you go.What you do this again? What would this new you represent? What would this new you donate? What would this new you be interested? How do you answer that when you get off track? How will you feel when you live your life to this new standard? Entering this new you and feel the feelings in your body.decide to take their relationship to the next level. People love to talk about their own interests, learn to cultivate the art of being a good listener and people will like you – even if you have to sacrifice any of the enjoyment of conversation to yourself to give to others. Watch the difference in your own life. People build relationships with others, speaking more or less the same speed and the same volume as the other person.Consciously dwell on something that makes you feel strong. Clear your head. Adapt any positive features of a model. One of the best ways to gain confidence is to decide now to have it, and embrace it.
